The Cinematography of “The Man Who Wasn’t There” (2001)
Cinematographer: Roger Deakins
Nominated for the 2002 Academy Award for Best Cinematography
I realize most B&W movies a while now have been shot with color stock and desaturated in post, but I wonder if there would be an visual difference if this had been shot with an actual B&W stock.
The best cinematography for my absolute favorite movie. Everything about this movie was beautiful.
